Saunas
Heat, sweat, and the physical experience of letting go. Cleansing in every sense of the word.
Group Sessions
Facilitated conversations. Not therapy. Not lectures. Just honest, guided space for men to share and listen.
Time Alone
Solitude isn't loneliness. It's the space where you finally hear your own voice without the noise.
Stripping Back
No tech. At times — no clothes. No distractions. Just the raw, honest experience of being a man among men.
A note on safety
Naked & Unashamed is a safe space. That means clear boundaries, mutual respect, and zero tolerance for any form of sexual behaviour, harassment, or exploitation.
The nudity element of retreats is optional and always consensual. It exists to strip away the barriers we hide behind — not for any other purpose. Every participant agrees to a code of conduct before attending.
