What This Is
Every man carries a story.
Most carry it alone.
Abuse. Addiction. Shame about your body. Questions about sexuality or identity. The weight of things you've never said out loud. The fear that if people really knew you, they'd walk away.
Naked & Unashamed exists because those stories need air. Not judgement. Not fixing. Just honest space, real brothers, and the courage to be seen as you actually are.

I'm a man of faith, a herbalist, a husband, and someone who knows what it's like to carry things in silence.
I started Naked & Unashamed because I believe men are dying — literally and figuratively — from the weight of things they've never been able to say. We need spaces where the armour comes off. Where we can be real. Where brotherhood isn't just a word.
This isn't about having all the answers. It's about having the courage to sit in the questions together.
